Roots and Wings: The Emergence of a Synodal Church

SPEAKER

Sr Joan Chittister OSB is an outspoken advocate of justice, peace and equality — especially for women world-wide — and has been one of America’s visionary spiritual voices for more than 30 years.

THEME

Sr Joan will focus her presentation on the responsibility of Religious and Clergy to be the voice that the world needs.  The Spirituality involved is found in the Eighth Beatitude - happy are those who are willing to be persecuted for my Name's Sake.

There will be an opportunity for reflection and group discussion during the event.
