Formation Through The Lens Of Interculturality
This seminar is designed specifically for Formators.
CRA, through the work of its Initial Formation Working Party (IFWP) invites you to attend this event. Designed to bring together those who are involved in the Formation of Temporary Professed, women and men, the seminar while recognising the many and varied layers of interculturality that interconnects us all, will provide an opportunity for collaboration and sharing. This event aims to celebrate and highlight the beauty which exists in the diversity when a variety of cultures, ages, gender and beliefs come together in ministry. It aims to highlight areas where we might need us to pause and consider how our differences might divide, and what we can do to accept diversity in its many forms. Tim will lead us to a wholistic approach to formation through interculturality.
