The Redemptorist, through Majellan Media, have extended their ministry to families with a new podcast aimed at supporting couples in difficult times.
Majellan Media is producing the podcast series aimed at helping families with relationship issues during these difficult times. The new series is part of the current Figuring out Families podcasts and covers many aspects of family life and offers practical advice.
The series is a must for all who want to strengthen relationships. The sessions will cover key topics such as Communication, Problem Solving and Relationship Repair, Love Maps, Keeping Fun and Romance Alive and Love Languages.
Speaking on the new podcast, Derek Boylen, the Director of the Centre for Life, Marriage and Family in Perth Archdiocese discusses how self-isolation, lockdowns and social distancing, have added to the pressures many families are facing. Mr Boylen is also a lecturer for the University of Notre Dame in the Discipline of Counselling.
Mr Boylen said he’s thrilled to be participating in the new series.
“I know from my own work and having eight children, the various stresses families can be under at times; whether it be communication breakdown or financial problems. I’m very pleased to be involved in the new series and to be able to assist families where I can,” he said.
