With this edition of Pathways, the term of the current CRA Council draws to a close. With the outgoing Council I wish to express our esteem for each of the member congregations and each member of the congregations. We are conscious of the trust you have placed in us to represent your interests and your voice in areas of common concern. Some matters we have pursued well - others were more challenging for us.

I wish to express gratitude to the committed, hard-working and competent Secretariat under the leadership of National Executive Director Anne Walker. The members of CRA are well served by a great team. Likewise, thanks to the members of the various Committees.

On a personal note, I wish to thank my fellow members of Council. We are not just colleagues but friends and the spirit of respect and mutuality among us has enhanced the quality of our work together. Whatever one is able to give in service, greater is the enrichment in learning from the wisdom of others.

I wish the new President and Council well in their service of CRA.
