We live in a world where rapid and unpredictable change has become the norm, on the world stage, locally and in our own lives.

While times like these can bring fear, pain and anxiety, they can also be an opportunity to transform our pain into growth.

In this workshop, we will focus on the effects of living in an everchanging world and discuss strategies that enable us to live life to the fullest. Our strategies need to evolve from responding with resistance to becoming more adaptable.
